Intelius Inc., a leading provider of a wide range of information-based services including people search, background check and identity theft protection, has been hailed as one of Deloitte’s prestigious Technology Fast 50 program Washington State, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology, telecommunications, media and life sciences companies in the area.
Intellius was founded by a group of visionaries led by Naveen Jain in January 2003 with a vision to create a startup Internet company that would influence state-of-the art technology.
The basis for the rankings by Deloitte, which is one of the nation’s leading professional services organizations, is the percentage revenue growth of the company over five years. “Consumers rely on Intelius’ services to provide peace of mind in today’s digital world,” said Naveen Jain, the company’s co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. “Intelius’ success stems from our ability to continuously innovate products that help and protect our customers.”
To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, the companies must also be based in North America, owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a large fraction of the company’s operating revenues.
The companies included in the regional Technology Fast 50 programs in Canada and United States are automatically entered in Deloitte’s Fast 500 program. This program ranks North America’s top 500 fastest growing technology, telecommunications, media and life sciences companies.
