If You’re Designing to Spend a Special Holiday, Spend it in a Fabulous Glasgow Hotel in Glasgow, Scotland
I spent part of my honeymoon there, and had to admit it must be one of the most outstanding European honeymoon destinations possible. You don’t need to be on your honeymoon, bringing your spouse, or partner on a romantic vacation to Glasgow Scotland , you need look no further than Inverlochy castle.
You don’t want to be staying here if you were searching for a cheap honeymoon destination that’s for sure, but having said that, if you get the opportunity to stay at Inverlochy Castle, then get it.
If you have money, then select the King’s Suite and I’m certain you’ll get your money’s worth. It is gorgeous and traditional, yet it has modern conveniences such as plasma television and internet access that can rival any other. The bath is also large, and the towels beautifully soft, and the walk-in shower is something that both of us really enjoyed.
We didn’t go there for the room, but all the other touches from a hotel like this. Inverlochy Castle is one of the most masterfully refurbished castles. It was raining when we arrived and we were met with an umbrella. The hotel staff accomodated of our luggage and car parking. What added to the magic was when we walked into chocolates and champagne in our suite.
This was pampering, and it continued throughout our stay, from breakfast in our suite, where we looked out over Ben Nevis from one window, and the loch from the other. The food was to die for, and all our meals were quite superb.
It is fair to say that you need to be fond of a bit of hill walking, photography, just relishing the scene, because there isn’t much entertainment around the area, but then we were on our honeymoon!!!
What we liked themost was how we were treated by the hotel staff. They were totally respectful to our privacy.
Not only is Inverlochy Castle one of the very top luxury hotels in Glasgow Scotland, it has to be one of the very best European honeymoon destinations
